We provide individualized coaching and counseling services to individuals who want to improve the quality of their lives. This process is done within a framework of support, encouragement, caring confrontation, accountability and the belief that all persons are truly "greater than they think they are."

About Susan
Susan has worked since 1989 in substance abuse rehabilitation.  She graduated in 1987 from Kutztown University with a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology.  She became certified as an Addictions Counselor(CAC) in 1995 by the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCACB).  In June of 2006 she received her certification as a Life & Career Coach by the Life Purpose Institute in California.  In October of  2007 she received an additional certification for Competency in Treatment of Gambling by the PCACB.  Susan attends seminars, conferences and workshops on an ongoing basis to stay current with developments in the behavioral health, coaching and counseling fields. 

Susan specializes in addictions and codependency issues, as well as working with adolescents who struggle with self-esteem issues.  She has successfully ran Women's Empowerment Groups for women of all ages and Self-Esteem groups for Adolescents.  Susan works with men, women and adolescents (male and female).  Focus of her counseling practice is individual and group therapy.  Her coaching practice includes individual sessions(face to face contact) and phone sessions.  Susan's goal is to provide caring, supportive and confidential counseling and coaching services to all of her clients.
